Who runs this tool

New Life Community Care operates New Life Community Care Hope Helper. It is a gentle support tool, not a person and not a monitored service.

What we do not ask for

This tool does not ask you to type your name, contact details, or a free-text personal story. You only choose from set options.

What happens when you choose Show me

When you choose Show me, the app sends the section you are using, the options you selected, the type of response requested, and any rewrite or tweak you asked for to the app server, so a response can be created.

If you ask for a rewrite, the previous generated response may also be sent again so it can be adjusted.

Technical analytics

Technical analytics may collect a rotating session identifier, the page path or full URL, the referring page, browser or user-agent details, your locale and an approximate country. This is used for operation, security and performance.

Technology providers

Lovable provides hosting and app technology services, including the AI service used to create responses.

Technology providers may process and retain limited service data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not publish retention periods, processing locations or model-training details here, because we cannot confirm them. Please contact New Life Community Care for current details.

No real-time monitoring

New Life Community Care staff do not monitor your selections or the generated responses in real time. This tool is not a crisis, counselling, medical, legal or financial service.
